1 can of Capriccio Smoked Tuna
3 T Veganaise, or good quality mayonnaise
1 stalk celery chopped
¼ cup shelled sunflower seeds
1 T Dijon, or course ground mustard
S& P to taste
2 large pieces of butter lettuce or iceberg
Optional extras: shredded carrots, raisins, dried cranberries, red onion, pickles, or chopped walnuts. Get creative!
Mix ingredients and place in lettuce bowl. This will make two-three wraps.
