¼ cup each of cashew butter, honey, coconut oil, chia seeds, and ground flax seed;
1 cup each of almond meal, and raw cacao nibs;
½ tsp each of cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt;
Plus a sprinkle of sea salt and fresh ground nutmeg on top.
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients (except additional sea salt and nutmeg) in a bowl. Spread and flatten mixture onto parchment paper-covered cookie sheet. Sprinkle w/ extra sea salt and nutmeg. Bake for 10-12 minutes then refrigerate until hardened and cut into 24 squares.
(Tip: For the ¼ cup ingredients, measure the chia seeds and flax seeds first, then the oil so the honey comes out easily. Then measure the cashew butter.)
