Group Coaching

Get all the advantages of my coaching program, but at half the cost.  This is very similar to the Thrive program with the added benefit of working together in a group setting. Groups range anywhere from 4-10 people, and will meet two times a month.

There are many benefits to working together in a group. Sometimes you have questions you didn’t know you had, until someone else asks it. Often times, you will experience a real breakthrough while another individual in the group is being coached. Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. In addition to diet and nutrition, we will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship, as well as career and money. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.  Together we can accomplish great things!
